These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of wedding planning and event services by Sincerely Suzan ("we", "us", or "our").

By engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms

1. Services

We provide wedding planning, coordination, and related services as agreed in your proposal and booking confirmation.

The scope of services will be outlined in your individual agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date
The remaining balance will be paid in agreed instalments
Final payment is typically due [4–6 weeks] before the event

All payments must be made on time to ensure continuation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

The booking fee is non-refundable
If you cancel services, payments already made may not be refundable depending on work completed and costs incurred
Cancellation terms may be detailed further in your individual agreement

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and timely information
Make decisions within agreed timeframes
Ensure all payments to third-party suppliers are made directly and on time

5. Supplier Relationships

We may recommend trusted suppliers; however:

All supplier contracts are between you and the supplier
We are not responsible for supplier performance, delays, or failures

6. Changes to the Event

Any significant changes (e.g. date, venue, guest numbers) must be communicated as soon as possible.

Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will perform our services with reasonable care and professionalism.

However, we are not liable for:

Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, supplier issues)
Losses arising from third-party services

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Illness or emergencies

9. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the UK GDPR.

10. Intellectual Property

Any planning documents, designs, or materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

11. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter promptly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
